details the practices of Funky Keys in the context of the collection of personal information (below

after, the “Site”), the request for information about the Courses or the execution of the Courses.
By “processing of personal data”, we mean any processing of data that may
to identify you as a natural person.
The data we collect is specifically identified in the “Data” section.

Pascal Suski processes your Data for various purposes; in this context, we treat each time

Who can we transfer your Data to?
We transfer your Data to third parties only when:

adequate contractual guarantees for this purpose. Music Mania therefore requires its subcontractors to respect the

requirements of applicable legislation regarding Data protection and guarantee the protection of your
rights.
The personal data collected by Pascal Suski are under no circumstances processed outside Europe.
Your rights

• Permission to access
You have the right to consult your Data at any time and free of charge.
• Right of rectification
You have the right to demand that incorrect Data be corrected and that inappropriate Data or
which have become unnecessary are deleted.
• Right to be forgotten
When you no longer wish your Data to be processed and you are in the
conditions for requesting the right to erasure, we will then delete your Data from our database
of data.
• Right to Data portability
As far as necessary, you will also have the right to the portability of your Data in the
conditions provided for by applicable data protection legislation. We attract
your attention to the fact that the portability of your Data is only possible for Data that
you yourself provided to Funky-Keys. This right of portability thus only applied to
Customer Data.
• Right to object to the processing of your Data

Finally, you have the right to obtain from Music Mania the limitation of the processing of your Data, in accordance with

How long do we keep your data?
We cannot keep your Data beyond the time necessary to achieve the objectives for
which we collect them. We therefore keep the data of Interested Parties for a period of one year.

1. Who is THE SCHOOL OF CURRENT MUSIC?

2. Purpose of the contract and General Conditions

 

2.1. L’ECOLE DES MUSIQUES ACTUELLES undertakes, on the basis of an obligation of means, to provide individual lessons in piano, other keyboard instruments and general musical training in the form of sessions lasting 30 minutes each (the Course).

 

2.2. These general conditions apply to all Course orders placed on the site: https://coursdepianotubize.be (the Site) by e-mail or in L’ECOLE DES MUSIQUES ACTUELLES establishments. Together with the registration form, they form the contract binding the parties. No deviation from these general conditions will be permitted without the written agreement of L’ECOLE DES MUSIQUES ACTUELLES. The absence of implementation of a clause established in these general conditions cannot be interpreted as a waiver by L’ECOLE DES MUSIQUES ACTUELLES to take advantage of it.

 

3. Student

 

3.1. Access to the Courses is strictly individual and is reserved for the person designated as a student in the registration form (the Student).

 

3.2. In the absence of designation, the client is considered the Student.

 

4. Course Schedule

 

4.1. Lessons are given throughout the school year which is divided into three terms:

 

– 1st quarter: October – December;

– 2nd quarter: January – March;

– 3rd quarter: April – June.

 

4.2. Classes are given once a week at the time determined in the registration form, except legal public holidays[1] and school holidays[2].

 

4.3. Unless otherwise specified on the registration form, courses are given in the premises of L’ECOLE DES MUSIQUES ACTUELLES located rue DES FRERES LEFORT 326 A 1480 TUBIZE.

 


5. Course Prices

 

5.1. The price of the Courses is established, all taxes included,

5.2. -350 € for the course

5.3. -registration fees 75€

 

 

6. Duration of the commitment

 

6.1. Unless otherwise specified in the registration form, the client commits to a period of three quarters of Courses.

 

6.2. The client may end the Courses at the end of the second quarter of the school year provided that they notify L’ECOLE DES MUSIQUES ACTUELLES in writing by February 28 at the latest. In such a case, the annual registration fees remain due in full and will not be refunded to the customer.

 

7. Registration

 

7.1.1. Delivery of the registration form on the premises of L’ECOLE DES MUSIQUES ACTUELLES Registration for the Courses is carried out by signing the registration form provided that the course schedule mentioned in the registration form is countersigned by THE SCHOOL OF CURRENT MUSIC.

7.1.2. The customer receives a copy of the registration form which serves as order confirmation.

 

7.2. Delivery of the registration form by email

7.2.1. When the registration form is sent by e-mail, registration is only valid after receipt of an order confirmation sent by e-mail by L’ECOLE DES MUSIQUES ACTUELLES

7.2.2. In such a case, the customer remains free to use his right of withdrawal for a period of 14 days from receipt of the order confirmation in the terms defined below (see article 8).
